Refund policy

We accept returns for a full credit refund 30 days from purchase date of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". 


• Original rhinestone or beads  must be attached or visible.
• Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. 
• Within 30 calendar days of order date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)

• Must not be a special order or a custom order.​

• Cannot be international

Shipping fees won't be returned.

 

  • Any items purchased can be returned for an exchange or for store credit.

  • At this time we do not offer price adjustments.

  • If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please CLICK HERE to get instructions on how to exchange or receive a store credit.
     

FINAL SALE

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items purchased during a sale are viewed final sale. 

Damages

If you received an item that is damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly please contact Customer Support immediately. These items will result in a hassle free exchange or a FULL refund. Please takes photos for evidence with delivery date attached.


Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it.
