What is the turnaround time for shipping?

What if I have not received my shipment on time?

First, we ask that you check your shipping confirmation and check that you have entered the correct address. If the address was correct, check your local post office delivery service. If the address is incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address (if the item is in stock, however, it will have to be at the customer's cost.

Is sales tax included?
We are located in Atlanta, Georgia, therefore it is required to charge sales tax to all orders shipped within our state. If you live in another state, you are responsible for complying with your state's current tax laws regarding Internet sales.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Signature Woman retail, we are very integral with each customer purchase. If an order arrives damaged, we ask that you send a photo of your item the date of delivery. [info@signaturewoman.co]

WRONG SIZE:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the your purchase. We also made available a sizing chart before checkout. Though it's rare, it's possible that the sizing needs attention based on what you purchased at the check out transaction. Please let us know and our team will be able to assist you.
If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us within 30 days from your purchase date at [info@signaturewoman.co] and we'll let you know what your next steps are. If after 30 days of no response from the customer then the purchase is considered final sale.
